Thomas E. Callicrate
President & CEO, Treasurer, Director                                                                                          

Mr. Callicrate has extensive experience in generative exploration and is responsible for the discovery of many mines throughout his 26-year career.  Mr. Callicrate recently held the position of Vice President Exploration of Western Goldfields, Inc. and has worked for many mining companies in the past including Newmont, Kennecott, U.S. Boras, FMC Gold, Teck Resources and MK Gold.


Thomas K. (Toby) Mancuso
Director, VP Corporate Development

Mr. Mancuso has more than 29 years of experience in exploration, operations and management of various mining companies.  He recently held the position of President and CEO of Western Goldfields, Inc. which successfully purchased the Mesquite Mine from Newmont in November 2003.  Mr. Mancuso also worked for Freeport McMoRan and Kennecott Corporation where he specialized in advancing projects from exploration to production and was involved in the start-up of four mining operations.  He received his Master of Science in Geology from the Idaho School of Mines at the University of Idaho.


John P. Ryan
Director

Mr. Ryan has extensive experience as an Officer and Director of start-up and development-stage natural resource companies.  He currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Mining Company as well as Chief Executive Officer of Gold Crest Mines, Inc.  He has held senior management positions in Trend Mining Company, Cadence Resources Corporation, High Plains Uranium, Metalline Mining Company and Royal Silver Mines in his 27-year career.  He received a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho, and  a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. 


Lane A. Griffin
Director

Mr. Griffin has more than 30 years experience as a geological consultant exploring for precious metals and uranium.  He spent 4 years in the Army as an officer in the Corps of Engineers.  He is currently the President of Diversified Development Company, the operator of the Lone Jack Gold Mine in Bellingham, Washington.  He received a B.S. in Geology from Washington State University as well as a B.A. in Zoology and D.D.S. from the University of Washington.


Peter J. Leger
Vice President of Corporate Development

Mr. Leger has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Teras Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSX-V (TRA) since September 2006.  Mr. Leger has over 25 years of varied business experience, and has assisted numerous small companies raise large amounts of capital by way of equity and debt financing and has assisted in taking some of them public.  Mr. Leger is currently the Vice President of Radar Acquisitions Corp., a Founder of TIEX, Inc., and a Founder of Vindt Resources, Inc., which amalgamated with Shear Wind, Inc., all of which are publicly traded companies listed on the TSX Venture Stock Exchange.


Mark A. Fralich
Investor Relations

Mr. Fralich brings more that 20 years experience in all aspects of investor relations, marketing and corporate development.  Mr. Fralich most recently served as Director of Marketing & Corporate Development for United Mine Services as well as being responsible for all investor relations.  Mr. Fralich joined UMS in 2008 as a consultant and has extensive public relations, sales, marketing, and business development experience.  He was responsible for all broker road shows, press release dissemination, designing all marketing materials, public relations and building the company to a position to take it public.  Prior to UMS, Mr. Fralich worked for Mines Management, Inc., in investor relations and conducted "Precious Metals Seminars" throughout the United States focusing on the institutional and retail investment market.  He was co-founder and Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Spoval Fiber Optics, Inc., a worldwide supplier of optical network interface equipment and was instrumental in developing it into a multi-million dollar company.  Prior to that, Mr. Fralich spent 13 years with the Associated Press News Service.
